Płock is the best example that one does not have to be a metropolis to offer to tourists what they like the most – beautiful architecture and breathtaking nature. That’s why I started to prepare and here you are – my next illustrated map.
Creating an illustrated map is for me still a uneven fight with graphic program, my chaotic nature and still – insufficient skills. One may be tempted to say that it is my personal craft of personal development J This time I chose colour asceticism and I managed to master fondness of details. I must learn a lot, I know, but I’m on the good way. As for Płock – I have not placed all its attractions – I’ve limited myself to these most characteristic as: cathedral, an amphitheatre or my favourite pier. Maybe some time later I shall start to recreate it, change form add few more elements. I don’t know yet how such maps may be useful. Now they are on my blog and are my – incessant source of joy. And pretext for nice memories including one sunny afternoon while drinking coffee at Cafe Molo we were bidding the summer goodbye.
