Merchant houses in Poznań is one of the tourist attractions. Narrow, not high, colorful – they do not have majesty and splendor of big city mansions. In spite thereof they steal the hearts of tourists who take pictures of them with passion. Due to the fact, that I didn’t take a picture of them I decided to draw them. And here they are – they came to life and were delicately modified jumping into the computer. One may print them, take colored pencils and color, being out of touch with reality and taking a trip in time, hundreds years backwards when on the market square in Poznań one traded fish, torches and salt.
